Winter has been frigid this year, so we invite you to treat yourself to an exceptional sweet moment, at Toqué!'s bar counter.  An event imagined by Daniel Mongraw, the innovative pastry chef of Normand Laprise’s brigade. A self-taught cuisinier, he spent four years in Europe where he discovered artisanal pastry making. During his sojourn he visited the grand capitals of the continent including Vienna where he tasted an amazing coffee dessert made with local products – cinnamon flowers, plums and plum schnapps. His great pride at Toqué! is to be able to follow chef Laprise’s path by creating desserts with local products beyond maple, or to enhance this wonderful Québec product.
